  • Account Closure: Canceling all active policies does not automatically close your account with shawnleeins. You may request account closure by contacting our customer service team.

Limitation of Liability

shawnleeins provides insurance brokerage services and website functionality but does not underwrite insurance policies or make coverage decisions. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • Claims Outcomes: We do not control claims decisions, settlement amounts, or dispute resolutions, which are determined by insurance carriers according to policy terms.
  • Financial Losses: shawnleeins is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or insurance policies obtained through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to shawnleeins in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

shawnleeins reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods:
